Christopher started his ballet training at the Chicago Multicultural Dance Center under Homer Bryant in the South Loop, then went on to study other dance styles at the American Dance Center and was awarded scholarships to summer intensives with the Broadway Theatre Project and the Performing Arts Project. He made his professional debut at Porchlight Music Theatre in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying shortly before graduating High School and soon after, started pursuing a degree in Musical Theatre at The University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music. While at CCM, Christopher performed in Mainstage Productions each semester, including featured roles Carousel, A Chorus Line, and Jesus Christ Superstar and then went on to choreograph the Mainstage Production of Seussical his senior year. Over the summers, Christopher performed with the Priscilla Beach Theatre in Plymouth, Mass., Timberlake Playhouse, The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, and The MUNY. Since graduating in 2018 and moving back to Chicago, Christopher has been steadily performing at the Paramount theatre in Aurora in their productions of The Wizard of Oz, The Producers, Beauty and the Beast and was the Dance Captain of Newsies. Christopher is currently an Artist with the Chicago Repertory Ballet and on faculty at Wings Dance Studio in Lockport, Illinois teaching Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary.
