Teen/Adult Classes

Classes will run in 4 week sessions!

Adult Contemporary

This class is for the beginner or intermediate dancer or for the advanced dancer looking to brush up on their skills. Basic contemporary/modern dance technique will be taught including progressions and fun combinations. 

Adult Strength & Conditioning

This class is for the beginner or intermediate dancer or for the advanced dancer looking to tone up, strengthen and get your heart pumping. This class is a fusion of barre and pilates, all in one!
